 Last update:2020-02-21 browse:452 viewed

On August 4, 2016, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (hereinafter refered as CNIPA) issued a review decision on the invalidation request No. 29767, declaring that all design patent rights of 201030107621.2, named "mixer", owned by Li Wenqin were invalid. Up to now, the relevant infringement lawsuit has come to an end (the picture of the mixer is for reference only and has no direct relationship).

After accepting the client's commission, the Hengbo team conducted a lot of arduous searches, useing the evidence obtained in Hong Kong, including the Sun and One Weekly's two advertisements that disclosed the main content of the patent involved, as the prior art design.

At present, the invalid decision has taken effect.

The detailed content of the invalidation decision can be found in the Annex: Invalidation Decision No. 29767.
