Hengbo Acted for Client Successfully Invalidating Patent- Voice Controlled Flying Toy

On August 16, 2016, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (hereinafter refered as CNIPA) issued an review decision No. 29535, announcing that all the patent rights of utility model, named " Smart voice-controlled remote-control flying toy device ", which were owned by Shenzhen Xinlikang Electronics Co., Ltd. were invalid.

On February 1, 2016, the Hengbo team accepted the client's entrustment to file a request for invalidation of the above patent under a pseudonym. After six months of trial, CNIPA finally made a decision to declare all the patents invalid.

According to the law, the patentee, who is dissatisfied with the invalidation decision, can file an administrative lawsuit request with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within three months.
