On December 26, 2025, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued the Examination Decision on Request for Invalidation No. 600898, declaring that the patent rights of Zhongshan Best Kitchen & Bathroom Co., Ltd.,，titled “Coolable Shell Structure and Cooking Device with Baking Function” are entirely invalid.

After being commissioned by the client, our Hengbo team conducted thorough and meticulous preparation and ultimately successfully invalidated the patent.

The Decision held that: if the technical solution claimed is obvious based on the prior art, then the claimed invention lacks inventiveness.

According to the laws, that patentee may complain to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months in case not satisfied with the Examination Decision.
