On November 03, 2025, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued the Examination Decision on Request for Invalidation No. 600966, declaring that the patent rights of Suzhou Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Huichuan Technology Co., Ltd., titled "Intelligent group control system for elevator and distributing method" are entirely invalid.

After being commissioned by the client, our Hengbo team conducted thorough and meticulous preparation and ultimately successfully invalidated the patent.

The decision held that: if a claim's protected technical solution has distinguishing features from the closest prior art, but such distinguishing features are common knowledge in the relevant technical field and do not bring unexpected technical effects to the patent, then the claim lacks inventiveness.

According to the laws, that patentee may complain to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months in case not satisfied with the Examination Decision.
