On January 4 , 2023 , the China National Intellectual Property issued the Invalidation Decision No. 59664 , announcing that the patent rights owned by GREE ELECTRIC APPLIANCES, INC. OF ZHUHAI, entitled " Connection Structure And Its Electrical Device ", were all invalid.

After accepting the client's entrustment, the Hengbo team conducted a lot of arduous searches, and finally successfully invalidated the patent.

It was decided that: when judging the inventive step, firstly, the technical solution claimed for protection should be compared with the closest prior art to find out the distinguishing technical features, and then it should be examined whether the above-mentioned distinguishing technical features are provided in the prior art. The revelation that is applied to the closest prior art to solve the existing technical problems, if there is such a revelation, the technical solution claimed in the claims is obvious.

According to the law, if the patentee refuses to accept the invalidation decision, he can bring an administrative lawsuit to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within three months.
