On January 05 , 2023 , the China National Intellectual Property Administration issued the Invalidation Decision No. 59782, announcing that the patent rights owned by AUX ELECTRIC CO., LTD , entitled " A Embedded Air Conditioner Motor Installation Structure and Air Conditioner " were   all invalid.
