After accepting the client's entrustment, the team of Hengbo carried out a large number of searches, finally obtaining the evidence that can evaluate the inventiveness of the patent, and then filed a request for invalidation of the above-mentioned patent. After nearly six months, the CNIPA finally made a decision to declare all the patents invalid.

According to the law, if the patentee disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
