On May 14, 2021, the CNIPA issued No. 49745 invalidation decision, announcing that the patent rights of Xi'an Airun Internet of Things, which was entiled "Cameras and Parking Lot Control Systems for Parking Lot Control Systems" were invalid.

After accepting the client's entrustment, the team of Hengbo conducted a large number of searches and finally obtained evidence that can evaluate the inventiveness of the patent, filing a request for invalidation of the above-mentioned patent. After six months of trial, the CNIPA finally made a decision and declared the patent invalid. 

According to the law, if the patentee disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
