On August 27, 2020, the CNIPA issued No. 45913 Invalidation decision, declaring that all rights of invention patent owned by Beijing New Energy Automobile Co., LTD, entitled "power battery packs and power batteries" were invalid.

Entrusted by the client, the team of Hengbo had done a lot of retrieval and finally found the evidence that could evaluate the creativity of the patent, and then filed a request for invalidation of the patent. After six months of trial, the CNIPA finally decided to invalidate all rights of the patent. 

According to the law, if the patentee disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
