So far, all the claims that the claimant has requested for invalidation have been invalidated.

On July 10, 2017, the Hengbo team accepted the client's commission. Through a large number of searches, the team finally obtained evidence that can evaluate the patent's creativity, and filed a request for invalidation of claims 1-3, 6, 9-10 of the above-mentioned patent. After six months of trial, the CNIPA finally made a decision to declare claims 1-3, 6, 9-10 of the patent invalid. The claims requested for invalidation are all invalidated.

According to the law, the patentee, who is dissatisfied with the invalidation decision, can file an administrative lawsuit request with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within three months.
