On April 2, 2022, the CNIPA issued an Invalidation Decision No. 54789 and declared that a part of rights of the patent entitled a winding-type electric cell, which is owned by Amperex Technology Limited were valid.

After accepting the client's entrustment, Hengbo has made a lot of efforts and successfully pointed out the defects of evidence provided by the other party and their misunderstanding for technology. Finally, the CNIPA decided to mention part of the patent rights invloved valid.

According to the law, if the claimant disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
