On December 16, 2021, the CNIPA issued the Invalidation Decision No. 53038, declaring that the patent rights of  "portable life sign monitor" which is owned by Shenzhen Mindray Bio-medical Electronics Co., LTD. remain partially valid.

After accepting the client's entrustment, the team of Hengbo had done a lot of preparatory work, successfully pointing out the defects of evidences provided by the other party and their misunderstanding for technology. Finally, the CNIPA decided to maintain the validity of the patent rights.

According to the law, if the claimant disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
