On November 30, 2022, the CNIPA issued the Invalidation Decision No. 52807, declaring that the patent rights of "a calibration system and its calibration bracket" which is owned by Shenzhen Daotonghe Innovative Energy Co., Ltd. remain valid.

According to the law, if the claimant disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
