On April 7, 2017, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (hereinafter refered as CNIPA) issued an invalidation decision No. 31840, declaring that all the patent rights of utility model, entitled "Double-sided car", owned by Ming Yuping were invalid (The picture is for reference only and has nothing to do with this patent).

After accepting the client's commission, the Hengbo team carried out a lot of arduous searches and eventually successfully invalidated the patent in entirety.

According to the law, the patentee, who is dissatisfied with the invalidation decision, can file an administrative lawsuit request with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within three months.
