On August 29, 2019, China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) issued an invalidation decision No. 41451, announcing that all patent rights of invention, entitled " Wireless handheld device, radiation system and manufacturing method for the same", owned by Fractus Antenna Co., Ltd. were invalid (The picture is for reference only and has noting to do with the above patent).

On March 1, 2019, the Hengbo team accepted the client's entrustment and conducted a large number of searches on the prior art of the above patents. It was found that there were prior arts in patent literature similar to the patent involved, based on which, a request for invalidation was filed. After six months of trial, CNIPA finally made a decision to declare the patent in entirety invalid.

According to the law, the patentee, who is dissatisfied with the invalidation decision, can file an administrative lawsuit request with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within three months.
