On June 26, 2018, China National Intellectual Property Administration (hereinafter refered as CNIPA) issued an invalidation decision No. 36354 announcing, that all patent rights of design, entitled "toy doll (Xiao Ai)", which were owned by Alpha Group Co., Ltd. were valid (The picture is for reference only and has nothing to do with this patent).

After accepting the client's commission, the Hengbo team made a lot of meticulous preparations, including successfully pointing out the flaws of the other party's evidence and technical understanding errors. Finally the collegial panel announced in court to maintain the patent in entirety valid.

According to the law, if the claimant is not satisfied with the invalid decision, he can file an administrative lawsuit with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within three months.
