On October 31, 2017, the CNIPA issued the Invalidation decision No. 33695, declaring that all rights of invention patent, entitled “a massage bed and a method to control massage intensity and measure height", which was owned by Ningbo Muris Health Technology Co., LTD to be invalid.

On February 14, 2017, the team of Hengbo accepted the entrustment of the client and filed a request for invalidation. After eight months of trial, the CNIPA finally decided to invalidate all rights of the patent. 

According to the law, if the claimant disagrees with the invalidation decision, he or she can file an administrative litigation to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court within 3 months.
